The Piercing path to Liberation; Healing from the invisible Wounds😑

Healing is not just about moving on from a breakup. It is a deeper journey, one that calls us to face the wounds buried so deeply within that we might not even realize we have. These are the scars left by our parents, and childhood traumas we never fully understood; the ones that shape our fears, our defenses, and our urge to self-sabotage.

These wounds push us into survival mode, forcing us to lash out or withdraw, becoming defensive, aggressive, or hardened. They make us cry from small triggers, things that seem meaningless on the surface but hit something raw and powerful inside. These wounds make us believe the world is bitter, filling each day with a darkness we can’t quite shake.

Healing from these wounds stings. Just like applying disinfectant to a cut, it hurts when we begin. Acknowledging our deepest hurts, our reasons for why we push people away or why we see the world the way we do, is a painful process. But it’s only through this acknowledgment that we gain the freedom to truly understand ourselves. We start to see why we act and react in certain ways, why we speak as we do, why we attract certain people into our lives.

The healing journey is not a smooth, straightforward path. It is filled with excitement at the beginning, the thrill of a beautiful change. Then comes confusion; we find ourselves lost, questioning everything we thought we knew. We end up wondering if we’ll ever truly feel "healed." But as we face the pain, the deep ache that disinfectant like truth brings; something shifts. We may cry, but we start to feel lighter. It hurts, yet somehow, there is a spark of happiness; a strange mixture of pain and relief, like taking a deep breath after years of holding it in.

Healing from childhood wounds, from patterns of survival that no longer serve us, is worth every tear and every step forward. It allows us to live with awareness, to understand ourselves and our relationships on a deeper level, and to connect more authentically with others. Healing is worth the try.
